@Antares8491 yes, I am. Prosecution has two options; recommend charges for trial (then open themselves for discovery by accused) or decline charges. Prosecution doesn't prove innocence. It must make a case of guilt. If the glove don't fit, you must acquit. Remember that?

Mueller stumbling on his own report. I kinda feel sorry for the old fella. But feelings have nothing to do with facts. And in this case, Mueller was unable to prove anything.

@Adam Edward that's the spin, that's what they want it to sound like. But look up the term in a legal dictionary. It doesn't exist. In China and France, the accused must prove innocence. Under common law, UK, USA you are presumed innocent until proven guilty by prosecution. In this case, the prosecution could not make the case. Like the OJ trial; was he exonerated? No. The jury decided that the evidence did not meet the threshold of guilt. So he walked. Why is the basis of your (presuming you are American) legal system so hard to understand?

Bob Loblaw your standards for proof must be pretty low. I’d like to see how you would like being tried for an offence under those legal standards. I think you would like a higher bar.

@Adam Edward what exactly is the foreign interference he accepted? Please be specific. Schiff said he had proof. Haven't heard about it. Mueller had none. Refused to look at the place there actually was; Fusion GPS.

@Adam Edward where do you live? Because it sounds like it's up to the prosecution to determine guilt or innocence in your jurisdiction, not a judge and jury
