  3.  @maaingan  no buddy the reason why Pluto is controversial in losing its planetary status is because the majority of the scientists had already left the meeting as they did not think it something needed to be considered or voted upon and so a small minority of the votes were cast within the scientific community to literally rewrite the definition of a planet But they didn't rewrite the definition of a planet based upon size but instead something arbitrary that makes little sense Not to mention Pluto is already larger than Ceres was Seriously look up the redefinition of what makes a planet since the reclassification in 2006 and you'll find it's very strange
