That's true only the federal circuit like the 9th and the 3rd Courts who over see multiple states and of course the supreme court can set precedent But since the US supreme Court sees less than 3% of all cases presented to it most of the things that are seen by court and become precedent and become laws usually done by the federal circuit courts

Possible, I mean they could claim they had no knowledge and would try to return the assets and funds which I did hear they were trying to do just that in regarding towards a piece of property that they bought they were trying to return it to FTX, the business itself

@obsidianjane4413 no they cannot the federal level of government courts always overrules any other court ruling if they wish to do so Its why the supreme court is at the federal level and why the federal circuit courts are also at the federal level

His little girlfriend that ran his research company was seen in New York now presumably she was cooperating with authorities in order to receive preferential treatment or a lighter sentencing but we still don't know All we do know is that she is not in the Bahamas she did not run away to Dubai, UAE or some nation that doesn't have an extradition treaty with the United States no she was seen in New York

Lol the Pharaoh be rolling in his grave if he learned Egypt is an importer of wheat

@obsidianjane4413 understand that the federal is the law of the land they won a civil war to that cement that exact effect they can overrule any Court ruling if they choose to do But they often choose not to do so, that's why most times cases barely make it from district all the way to the federal level

"280$ million funds gone lost or stolen" It's basically the 9/11 victims relief fund all over again 🤦

Wow ancient Pharos of Egypt would be spinning in their tombs if they knew Egypt is a now a Wheat importer

Because of Germany being the largest economy in the EU and most of the EU are using one singular currency the issue unfortunately has potential of rolling downhill and affecting other nations As such there's currently just a minority of voices of certain Nations calling for their own independent currency to be utilized and to break off from the Euro it has not gained any mainstream support but it has potential

So basically its styled much like the 2008 housing market crash but it started instead in the farming sector As farmers borrowed money to pay for heavy machinery and tools to meet a demand for food that they thought would never stop

California also struggles in terms of energy pricing because it is not connected to any of the cross-state oil delivery pipelines in the united States California fears for both an oil pipeline spill and an offshore drilling spill so they dont want it and used their environmental conservation laws to prevent one being built Which is fine i guess but remember you gotta take the pros with the cons For an absolute control of oil spills down to zero chance you California residents pay very high price of transportation Instead California gets nearly all of its oil from the Sea shipped in by use of the nation of Saudi Arabia and even though Saudi Oil is less than 10% of total oil used by the entire nation of the US in California its nearly all of what the state uses So if theres any disruption in Saudi supply California feels it extremely hard in the short term

I heard from UEG that SBF is now in one of the worst prisons in the world, before he's being extradited to the US He's in the bahamanian prison known as Fox Hill Fox Hill is notorious for having inmates end up losing their lives under mysterious circumstances and it not being investigated In addition to lack of investigation of inmate life ending events, Fox Hill is also known for being infested with rats, prisoners are crowded in the cells that often hold twice more than what they've been designed to hold, a severe lack of medical and hygiene staff, prisoners are forced to defecate in buckets, and grape is so common that it has its own AIDS epidemic So if SBF suffers an epstein-like event I'm just going to say that at Fox Hill bahamanian prison it's likely it would never be investigated Remember this man owes billions of dollars to people in very high governmental or influential positions and when you owe billions of dollars to someone the rules of the game change severely

For accurately is why after we have shown themselves to be scam artists we don't put them in prison?
