Every Democrat suffering from this right now: "You see I voted that way because I wanted to be morally superior to my political adversaries in a faux attempt at preaching humanist tendencies" "I never imagined that the consequences of my actions would actually as begin to affect me because I'm at least four or five states away from the Southern border"

Slaps hand on table "Thank you!" Seriously when should a nation allow non citizens to participate in their politics? Should I go cast a vote in france because I vacationed there for 2 weeks at the same time they were holding an election? NO!

I can't tell if she's trolling or she's prone into believing extremely unrealistic self delusions🤔 Either way it's bad
86
Damn 😂 Amber heard's disgusting behavior catching up with her Australian government investigating her for perjury FBI assisting the Aussie investigation Her insurance refusing to pay for Johnny And now a 2nd lawsuit

To answer your question you posted at the end of the video: With everything you have shown us Nate, and your very well thought-out and concise explanation and I absolutely commend you on that I do believe that the Dobbs court was correct, and I do not say this as a pro lifer victory lap I do believe that abortion can exist as means to be utilized in today's modern world But it is as you said not a right, meaning it can be determined by individual states governments what rules and regulations, if any, they want to set And those laws and regulations will be influenced by the citizens who live in those same States

Ikr! It's so strange

In the eyes of the law however It was carried out though, surviving an execution is extremely rare that's why it will forever have a legal grey area Especially if you consider the cruel and unusual aspects of repeated execution attempts
30
That's gross negligence on his part, he already knew that she lied in australia and yet ignored it but believed the "donation"
25
Amber is winning no one over this hahaha 🤣 She should marry Smollett they have so much in common they both liars and no one believes their story Next time be humble Amber and take accountability for your actions
17
@NateTheLawyer this is the best video on this issue!
13
I can respect his decision to help I just hope it works out well for him been hearing lots of horror stories from the foreigners who volunteered to join Ukrainian military forces
13
I just can't believe he and Maxwell got away with what they did for so dang long almost 30 years
11
Agreed!

@jessjess23brooks89 it's also illegal, if a lawyer continues to try and publicly defame the reputation of a judge and jurors who ruled unfavorably towards them in a case that is now being closed it is potential grounds for termination of practicing law, because of poor exercise of ethics You can "stretch" the truth in the courtroom as you argue your case, that is within your ability as a lawyer What you cannot do is go on the public record and make up all sorts of unproven nonsense about those that were involved in the case, especially the judge
9
@RonJDuncan non citizens can become naturalized and I think that should be their reward for pursuing naturalization Hey, you want a say in government policy? Then focus on getting naturalized not just your long term residence
9
I don't like everything about the Texas governor Abbott but this was a political genius move He basically said in a metaphorical game of Texas hold-em "I see your sanctuary cities bluff and I raise you 57,000 new residents"
9
Thanks for being a voice of both nuance and reason I only wish those idiots that attacked the Arizona capitol would listen to more people like you
9
It's public knowledge you can look up his case number for this and find the judges name that ruled and sentence him
8
Yeah I loved seeing emotionally driven pundits claim RBG to be some kind of Messiah like figure to women and I point out to them RBG was not anything like that she was just going to do her JOB!!! And if that meant writing an opinion she had on the issue you didn't like well then so be it
8
Yeah I think continued acts of defamation would continue to be prosecutable because you're continuing to violate it and spread it around
7
I swear Amber heard's tactic is to just flail wildly and hope that something sticks
7
If you are a guest remember hospitality is only given if you are humble and grateful If you are arrogant and entitled it will be revoked very quickly
6
You'll find the people and their views change when a problem personally affects them
6
@Dominus564 I know you're not serious but yes it is very tiring when one voting base refuses to vote on logic instead uses emotion because often emotion tends to do a much better job at the voting booth Hence why nearly all media today has stopped with logical facts and instead brings nothing but emotional charged opinions
5
I definitely agree that there should be an amendment to the Constitution that if you are convicted of a felony you cannot be in any part of office Currently there is nothing preventing you from running for an elected office no matter your criminal history
5
@freewithnature no idiot they don't get off scot-free typically what happens in the case of a survival in the execution attempt their sentence is commuted down to life imprisonment But as I said because it's an extremely rare case done typically on a case-by-case basis but most often execution is commuted down to life w/o parole
5
That's actually sadly true for most of life, people typically don't change their views unless they personally experience negative consequences as a result of having them
5
Agreed this is the best summation video on not only this abortion issue but also a great introductory video for enumerated and unenumerated rights that we the layman can understand and easily digest
5
I'm just surprised that the FBI which is supposed to be a domestic law enforcement agency is doing an international transfer of information to the Australian government 🤔 Still despite that yes I really hope Amber heard serve some jail time as consequence for her actions
3
Yeah they usually are which is why this is strange and actually really coming out of left field Because if you continue to do this as a lawyer make accusing public statements about those who were involved in a case that you represented your client with and you had an unfavorable outcome You risk being disassociated and loosing your ability to practice law
3
It's funny because those same international laws also state that you have to declare yourself in the very first country that you arrive in if you are escaping persecution at home
3
Yeah as a Puerto Rican I am glad you empathize with us and our inability to vote in a national level election
3
@Giggl3z0404 it does, we can vote in local elections and if we move off PR we can vote in a national level election but we cannot vote in a Nation level election while PR is our legal residence
3
@AB-hu4fc we all ready voted for statehood, we did it at the exact same time as the 2020 presidential election And we voted yes I'm not BS ing you search up "Puerto Rico 2020 statehood election results" The congress is just not getting off their ass to give us statehood
3
@AB-hu4fc and no we pay federal taxes as well as territorial taxes, in fact our local tax and federal taxes are some of the highest in the country
3
I think Amber Heard is flailing wildly to hope that something sticks to say that she won and she's right 😂 Just like Jessie smollett tried to do
2
Hey new viewer to your channel, but have you heard about another lawyer offering his input on YT legal eagle? Would you be interested in doing some kind of collaboration video?
2
It's weird but it if you have a criminal conviction you can still run for office 😂
2
Very funny but not as funny as the mayor getting arrested by his own police force for felony burglary
2
I hope she becomes disassociated and loses her license as a result for her unprofessional behavior You don't get to publicly slam a judge and a jury in a high profile case simply because you lost that is extremely unprofessional and it is grounds for potential termination and disassociation from practicing law
2
I am so glad that the disgusting behavior Amber Heard was revealed to have done during a CIVIL trial is possibly going to be used to being CRIMINAL charges against her
2
I think it's a leftover remnant part of British common law which the US law is also derived from Where at the time it was not uncommon for an entire family settlement out in the middle of rural country hundreds of miles away from anything to just be completely abandoned because the family living there had died And no one knew about it for months or years And rather than letting the work just go to waste you could indeed just take over
2
I believe most courtrooms do have cameras now just not always is the footage of what's going on in the courtroom released to the public
2
Too think this all would have been avoided if Harry listened to the people around him and just didn't marry this horrible woman
2
 @donkeysunited ha! Good one 😂
2
And women try to say that they are never crazy😂
2
I can't tell if she's trolling or is really being infatuated by an extreme case of self delusion 🤔 Either way it's bad
2
When politics is involved we actively allow ourselves to be become willingly less reasonable and less rational in our critical thinking A study did a very interesting look into it where they gave out some simple math word problems and those word problems were solved very easily and quickly when nothing political was in the verbage But once a political topic was inserted and then they simply were told to solve the math problem, many people would not solve it correctly or even refused to
2
@Dominus564 No to the first but yes to the second Even though a large number idiots on the Democratic side are voting for horrible policies based upon nothing but emotional reasoning, there still needs to be a dissenting voice We don't need one party rule
2
Lucky you
