It's amazing how slow the process is to remove this lady from her elected position despite the abundance of evidence of misconduct and criminality
1
Passing regulations to stop the migration to the city of Chicago is not very "accepting" and "sanctuary" of you now Mr. mayor You gonna suffer badly from your voter base tsk tsk tsk
1
Anytime a point is made about the first wht/blk/Ghy/Lez/Trns/M/F is made rather than the actual qualifications of someone I instantly loose interest So I genuinely enjoy when they get their comeuppance because they only got the position for being the first of something As better yet they've secured the legacy of being the "first" in whatever position they in as being synonymous with a failure
1
Goes to show just because you are blk and a woman doesn't mean you are automatically qualified for a position of leadership
1
I just think it's funny that these people are championing states rights and their ability to not listen nor follow to the directions to the federal government Hmmm so now they like the idea of States Rights?
1
@sw3783 I specifically said CONVICTED of felony charges and felonies are the highest of criminal charges and a damn good indication of the person that you are dealing with Lower level criminal misdemeanors obviously don't matter, because yes everybody that casts a vote actually does want the representatives to be as moral as they possibly can It's why potential candidates try to paint themselves in the brightest light as possible when it comes to morals
1
@sw3783 I think it's weird that you're confusing and defending hypothetical candidates with proven CONVICTION of high felony charges with that of: "this guy said something weird on Twitter and therefore is immoral so don't vote for them" type of morons
1
Feds were slow that's true but at least they're finally going after her
1
Yes.... but that's pretty tricky while the guard is under the jurisdiction of the state they belong to when they try to operate in another state that host state can refuse them The guard operates under title 32 of the US Law and has some weird rules that the normal military operating under title 10 doesn't have
1
No! not always, some states like California do not allow it You need 2 party consent for recording If the second party doesn't consent to recording you can be fined and your recording will be thrown out in court if you used it to try and formally present it as evidence to indict someone in a crime

Im glad Ana is starting to finally question more and more of these insane policies granted its disturbing that she didn't learn to do this until age 38 and she had to unfortunately be the unwanted recipient of a mole Lester and then later told by her own circle of the left she couldn't talk about her experience because it would: "stain the image of the unhoused population" And I think that was her breaking point, as im sure she was thinking that she's the unfortunate who had to undergo this event and the left wont let her talk about it?
1
That's fair, it's a lot harder to call out the Left side on their dishonesty when compared to the Right Because the left were historically the ones who would put forth the ideas that we take for granted now: Women in the work place Shexual orientation acceptance Civil rights freedoms Freedom of access to information Workplace safety Child labor laws Environmental conservation Indigenous culture preservation Societal Medical Access Law enforcement accountability Substance decriminalization Etc. That's the very definition of liberalism it's to put forward reforms in a society, the very definition of conservatism is to resist reform And resistance towards reforms are not a bad thing because sometimes the suggested reforms can be more damaging towards society: Just look at the men in women's sports under the guise of trans Or the "body positivity movement" promoting unhealthy lifestyles and simultaneously denouncing nutritional science But because all of these reforms as a collective at one point were resisted by the very nature of being a participant in conservatism it's built up a bad image of the conservative side that can be exploited by anyone on the Left who wants to further misinform others

I just don't understand why the blk community at large has voted dem when their values are greatly misaligned Blk men like to be portrayed as very masculine, they like to be muscled and shown as competent leaders in their occupation and to have a competitive nature whenever they are engaged in any type of sports Blk women also like to be attracted to very masculine blk men, blk women try to care and portray their amazingly sculpted bodies blk women take great interest and care in their body and developing it at the gym as well purchase loads of beauty accessories and wigs Blk women love their femininity Both blk women and men are also very religious they like to be apart of whatever religious order they are a part of they don't like attacks on their religion or the relationships/friendships they make when at a religious service
1
Yeah I made a similar comment when trying to answer the question Nate proposes at the end of this video
1
Wow facebook is pissed that they can't sell user information anymore so they hire essentially a public opinion influencer to shame their competition 😆
1
I definitely agree that there should be an amendment to the Constitution that if you are convicted of a felony you cannot be in any part of office Currently there is nothing preventing you from running for an elected office no matter your criminal history
1
I wonder if that was the same California judge who shot down Biden's border policy was also the one who shot down the Near banning of the spyware app TikTok during the previous administration that would be some poetic karma if it was
1
Man Jucy is like a turd that won't flush he's trying everything under the sun and within legal code to get his obvious false story either made true or suffer no penalty for his lying 🤥
1
Gotta stop with the virtue signaling Dems If you really wanted these people you'd pay for it not complain and push them off to another city/state because there's too many Next time practice what you preach
1
@nerofl89 not false at all it was carried out we'll see what happens as a result of a survival of an execution attempt because they are extremely rare there is no real established protocol Most often when it does happen though it is commuted down to life imprisonment but we will see if the cruel and unusual punishment argument is enough to commute it down or if the state government will try again The survival of an execution and what to do afterwards with the inmate is done on a case by case basis
1
@nerofl89 it's not going to overturn his conviction nor did I ever say it was
1
@RBCire it was carried out the records of the court system and everything else is done to prove it But we will see what happens in these extremely rare events of which there is no established protocol My guess is most likely the defense will argue cruel and unusual punishment against a second execution attempt and try for a commuted sentence of life imprisonment I don't know if it will be enough but who knows They don't get off scot-free merely because they survived they never have
1
@gavincrouch it's not false it will always be a gray area and again I keep saying that the cruel and unusual punishment defense will always be implemented whenever a survivor of an execution is found
1
Not that I'm trying to be contrarian but I will say that there are situations where even if you are both consenting adults a shexual encounter is considered very inappropriate A few examples being: A teacher and student A Boss and coworker A Policeman or any equivalent civil servant (when they are on duty) A military officer with an military enlisted member I agree and concede that an arrest and possible criminal charges for this teacher is a BIT too much if you ask me but it's definitely an offense that at the minimum is something that would have this teacher fired
1
@ChimeraTruely we are the only spot in the universe that cannot participate in a national level election Since an astronaut in space sent in his vote
1
@ChimeraTruely if your legal residence is PR you cannot participate in a national level election
1
Nate this is so hard-hitting investigative journalism well done
1
why is it that every time someone loses a court case they always blame the judge and jury of being terrible people remember when they did that during the textbook self-defense case of Kyle Rittenhouse? they were slamming that judge they threw his reputation against the wall and they tried slinging every piece of mud they could fling at him to try and get something to stick
1
DEI Didn't Earn It
1
@Peacekeepers2 my point never mentioned RvW and it still stands, emotionally driven individuals who dislike policies should NOT utilize violence to express disapproval over policy
1
I wonder if this will be enough of a reversal that might cost him his re-election 🤔
1
I thought the meme was if you survive execution you're pretty much good to go legal wise as your trial and sentencing was carried out And the state can't try you again for the same crime unless new evidence comes to light Against that's just the meme not sure if it's a real defense and nor would I want to go to the defense of a guy who committed 1st degree M
1
@Firedrake1313 you can't do repeated execution attempts without someone invoking the cruel and unusual punishment however So no, the sentence was indeed carried out but I don't know if it will be enough of a Defense and commute it down to life imprisonment w/o parole
1
from what I can tell with Nate's explanation it doesn't look like it can no because that's the reason why RvW got overturned in the first place it didn't use any aspects of the Constitution to say there's an unenumerated right to the abortion it used a Unenumerated right to claim that hey this is now a new Unenumerated right found within the Constitution When that's backwards you use the Constitution to find new unenumerated rights you don't use previously discovered unenumerated rights to find new Unenumerated rights
