@jessjess23brooks89 it's also illegal, if a lawyer continues to try and publicly defame the reputation of a judge and jurors who ruled unfavorably towards them in a case that is now being closed it is potential grounds for termination of practicing law, because of poor exercise of ethics You can "stretch" the truth in the courtroom as you argue your case, that is within your ability as a lawyer What you cannot do is go on the public record and make up all sorts of unproven nonsense about those that were involved in the case, especially the judge

Yeah they usually are which is why this is strange and actually really coming out of left field Because if you continue to do this as a lawyer make accusing public statements about those who were involved in a case that you represented your client with and you had an unfavorable outcome You risk being disassociated and loosing your ability to practice law

I hope she becomes disassociated and loses her license as a result for her unprofessional behavior You don't get to publicly slam a judge and a jury in a high profile case simply because you lost that is extremely unprofessional and it is grounds for potential termination and disassociation from practicing law

I believe most courtrooms do have cameras now just not always is the footage of what's going on in the courtroom released to the public

why is it that every time someone loses a court case they always blame the judge and jury of being terrible people remember when they did that during the textbook self-defense case of Kyle Rittenhouse? they were slamming that judge they threw his reputation against the wall and they tried slinging every piece of mud they could fling at him to try and get something to stick
