That's actually one of the 48 Laws of power right there: Create a Cult-like Following by Playing on People’s Need to Believe

Eventually someone's going to get tired of being scammed and they might try some retribution Jake Paul has made a lot of people mad and he's got a lot of enemies

Nope not a good enough defense especially if someone is litigious enough Weirdly a similar line of defense was attempted when people who wrote stories, novels, and books Whenever they wanted to throw shade at someone they would write them into the story and then they would discuss the character's physical traits and deliberately express that they had very small genitalia The idea was nobody wanted to admit they had small genitalia even if they were having shade thrown at them in a fictional setting

Well how he said it was just merely a phrase to market his book it's not going to the Jury and they will not be forced to read it It was in poor taste yes but no not illegal however it very much did all confirm his bias and who's side he's clearly on
3
This is a possibility, 3 members of the committee in charge of investigating him have directly received donations and other forms of funding from SBF himself 🤔

"You were the chosen one! It was said that you would expose the filthy scammers not join them! Bring balance to our bank accounts not leave them in overdraft!"

I can't believe it takes a freaking YouTuber to do a better job at pushing real journalism and asking the hard questions on these financial criminals then the freaking New York Times 🤦

Directly yes, that's called jury tampering but how he did it was not He simply wrote a book is selling it online and just using the phrase "letter to the jury" to help with the marketing of that book is not at all jury tampering But because he said that it's very clear of his bias and who's side he's clearly on

@DreadX10 and if you did that and the court does decide to take it the prosecution and the defense have to disclose to each other as well as to the judge hey we are accepting this to present to the court

Reminds me of that American Dad song about Ollie North: 🎶 The truth he did bury, with his hot secretary 🎶 🎶 Thanks to her shredder.... 🎶 🎶 He got off totally Scott free! 🎶

FTX and SBF are trying gas light hard as the guy who said "Mostly peaceful protests" while buildings are burning in the background

That phone conversation was legally cringe, LEGALLY And we must take appropriate measures and meme it in the comments

@lasskinn474 dude... You ruined the joke

Money and influence I'd imagine Since LP has so much wealth he could just pay these people off in settlement and not have to drag it through a court system and since he's already achieved his wealth and his fame even if he paid all this off it's not going to be enough to drag his name through the mud and cause him to lose all of his wealth

I would have gone with Nate the lawyer over legal eagle in my personal opinion

I just can't believe how sad it is that the media has fallen so hard they will simp and rush to the defense of the greatest financial criminal in US history instead of helping to document his crimes to help ensure he doesn't escape his punishment

"Did you ever hear the tragedy of Jake Tran the YouTuber?"

I really want SBF and that little ex-girlfriend of his to be thrown in prison too and I hope they never get out since they are now the literal biggest financial criminals in world history There's unconfirmed rumor that that little ex-girlfriend of his is trying to escape to a nation that doesn't have an extradition treaty with the United States or any of its allies, such as the UAE
1
I agree I really hope that all these "interviews" that Sam is hoping to you know craft a narrative of oh I'm sorry I'm stupid I didn't know what I was doing don't work and it actually makes it so that way the evidence is even easier to find and this man that is committed one of the greatest financial crimes in the history of mankind actually goes behind bars
1
I'm not sure exactly why🤔 He's not law enforcement he has no authority to ensure compliance with the law But hey take what you can get, SBF is a liar and tried to use his money and influence to get preferential treatment and luckily it failed
