  4.  @benjaminmeusburger4254  also if you are a service member deployed abroad, or in a zone that has been designated as a combat zone, such as Albania, home country law is applicable and you pay no US taxes It's the reason why so many servicemen want to be deployed and they often extend that deployment as long as they can

Yep he mentions that very case of Joe Lozito on the subway station in NYC in 2013 random civilian Joe Lozito was forced into a confrontation and had to put a stop to a 24 hour stabbing spree that ended on the New York Subway while 2 NYPD officers watched him get stabbed multiple times before they decided to intervene Mr Lozito tried to sue the NYPD but prior legislation protecting the officers was in place and his suit didn't get far. I don't know if anything has changed since then I doubt it, but it was just an anecdote about the NY subway

Yeah I am really upset at the constant barrage of advertising that's why I permanently using ad blocker every single time I go on YouTube if you don't you're guaranteed to see a minimum of 5 ads for every single FKIN video 2 at the beginning and 2 at the end and also an Ad that's placed under the video description
