Each state does have a supreme court though, and your right the "Supreme Court" of New York state is a misnomer The ACTUAL supreme court which oversees the entire nation is located in the capitol, 1 First Street in Northeast Washington, D.C.

@nicolopez2181 Yes actually there are actual Supreme courts for each individual state, but of course they are only the highest judiciary for their state level of government The Federal Court located in Washington d.c. also known as scotus, is that main one and the famous/infamous (depending on what cases your looking up) is the highest in the nation of the United States and of course it goes above the judiciary of ANYTHING at the state level

I'd wager that it also helps that the population of Montana is small enough in comparison to New York that the state court can more effectively carry out its duties since its oversees less people

@Ichijoe2112 I'm not sure if a FOIA request would be the proper response for this Maybe? But typically used those used for gaining access to information that fall under FOUO (For Official Use Only), where the information isn't classified under an clearance like Secret or Top Secret, but it is still typically restricted from everyone having access to it But who knows? 🤷

@Zmej420BlazeIt there was a plan, but the plan didn't come to fruition untill the CCP didn't shutdown international flights out of Wuhan despite the fact they shut down domestic flights immediately

@nicolopez2181 And to make it even more confusing for you there are things called Circuit Courts Now Circuit Courts are below the National Supreme Court in the United States Capitol Washington d.c. aka the SCOTUS But they're able to make rules and judgments that will affect multiple States at once in their jurisdiction regardless of what the State Supreme Court says For example the 9th Circuit Court has ruled that any individual that is determined to be homeless shall not lose access to public property This is why the number of vagrants across California, Oregon and Washington who fall under the jurisdiction of the 9th circuit court has exploded since the ruling

@nicolopez2181 And because the Supreme Court chooses to review fewer than 3% of the 7,000 to 8,000 cases filed with it annually, the U.S. courts of appeals, ie the circuit courts (1-11) typically serve as the final arbiter on most federal cases.

Lewis I comedically suggest keeping those f-bombs in the video because you absolutely deserve to have them be expressed in all their glory for the crap that these people are making you go through
