A draft is only useful when you are forced to defend your nation it's why the Ukrainians are not getting flack and condemnation for instituting a draft in their own country because they are under attack and they are not the aggressor And that draft is open to anyone in the world. If you are a man, and you want to help you will be allowed to attempt to join the Ukrainian military as given by the current Ukrainian law Now it doesn't mean they'll keep you especially if you're not fit for service cuz they do do a great job of weeding out those people who are just there for what has been termed "War tourism" and actual foreign fighting volunteers
