There's no "rediscovery" The US already has had an industry that mass produces hundreds of thousands of Adobe bricks for constructing purposes, they've had it for years in fact. Just not many homeowners choose to make their homes from it

I think it's really disingenuous to claim that these individuals are "helping" the planet by using Adobe/Mud brick materials for housing when the idea of Adobe brick housing has been around for thousands of years and already there's an industry within the US which makes hundreds of thousands of Adobe bricks enmasse.

He does say that he has older tractors he can use, but that's not the point John Deere is the largest manufacturer of industrial scale agricultural equipment in the US, they service millions of people with their products, which is why it's even more important than ever to hit back these companies and let the owners of equipment actually repair it

Also the EU successfully implemented a right to repair legislation fairly recently that forces companies into compliance The US hasn't yet shifted it's priorities to begin the implementation of the law

Not that im trying to say that he doesn't deserve his success from all the hard work he has done but you don't need to go fighting in backyards of houses to start building a career in combat sports You can quite literally just go down to your local boxing registration office and pay 50$ for your license and that's it From there you can start boxing in actual boxing rings as much or as little as you like and trust me its not hard to find opponents It might get hard though to find noteworthy opponents that can get you notoriety and to find a promoter to get you the "famous" bout you need to kick off a national career as a complete newcomer but it is doable
