Remember when the japanese government refused to extradite former president of Peru Fujimori to face criminal charges simply because he was japanese descended?

The corruption was always there from the japanese government just it was hidden behind both a language barrier and a cultural barrier For me my eyes were opened to this back when Fujimori, the former president of Peru, fled to Japan to escape prosecution for criminal charges and the use of extrajudicial killings during his presidency and the Japanese government refused to extradite him simply because he was japanese descended He didn't get caught untill 2007 when he visited Chile and the Chileans actually responded to Peru and expedited him now he will sit his ass in a jail cell for the rest of his life

Hasn't stopped determined morons before lol😂 just look at Buck Angel He's an old school trans (been transitioned for over a decade) but lots of Trans folks hate on him cause he says the "wrong" thing

It's a bit more than that, it's Japan is extremely homogeneous and they are very much happy in maintaining that aspect of their society and it's why they are so closed to acceptance of non japanese and even non asians rising to prominence into their highest echelons of society, government and business They even used that Japanese protectionism mentality to shield a former president of Peru, President Fujimori (who escaped from Peru to Japan) from facing criminal charges by the peruvian courts simply because he was of japanese heritage

@orangutanenthusiast5631 pretty much, back then the US has no choice but to use everything in their toolbox to counter the soviet and communist threat Even resorting to morally questionable actions we still uncover today

@Ulysses J. Denton I don't know if based would be the right word because they did get his ass in the end he got caught while in Chile and the Chileans said you know what we remember how you did extra judicial killings when you were in Peru we're sending you back to face Justice And fujimori has been sitting in a jail cell ever since

@ShinigamiInuyasha777 nope, them morons even throw shade at Gloria Alvarez She's a Guatemalan whose family escaped communism and despite that, they do nothing but hurl canceling efforts one after another towards her because she says the "wrong" thing latin americans aren't supposed to say

@gabrielgarcia7554 if that's true and you can actually find proof of your claim for her being a denier then yes I'll believe you Because it's absolutely true that the Mayan genocide of 1983 took place by the guatemalan government And it's a shame that the Guatemalan government refuses to acknowledge that

Careful.... Some people thought that and it back fired Where morons tried to cancel them even though they were apart of the same community but the instant they said one thing that community didn't like they were sized upon Just look at Buck Angel

@jameslarkin4567 I know I'm hoping nothing happens to him cause what he said was very much grounded in reason and reality But as I said lots of people who thought that just because they were apart of a community and they could levy legitimate criticism and we're surprised to be completely shafted by that same community
