I'm nothing. I keep the gun in my home, I don't carry it outside and I never will. And if you break into my home I will never shoot to kill. I will shoot to incapacitate Once you then go down I will treat you for your wound. I do this because these rioters are not a foreign hostile military force they are American citizens

Yes please be involved and be upset but please focus it on the proper aggressors we don't need more cases like David Dorn šRIP a 70yr old retired black police officer killed by these rioters while trying to prevent them from looting

Legal Eagle please review the 1999 movie "Double Jeopardy" starring Tommy Lee Jones and Ashley Judd. I am very interested in hearing your thoughts on its legal realism.
6
When a legal comedy gets a higher grade of legal realism than most legal dramas today hahahaha š¤£

No argument from me. I don't like trump but it's for very different reasons that what you might commonly see. I don't like him simply because he was never qualified for his position. He never held any government or diplomatic office, he was never part of any Military leadership, he was never exposed to seemingly insurmountable obstacles that forced him to grow into an individual that can stop and reflect, analyze and use foresight. Sure he can get a few policies correct and when he does I have no problem congratulating him, but it doesn't outweigh his severe lack of government/diplomatic understanding. Simply put he was a celebrity that used his status and influence to gain his position despite being tremendously unqualified. And more worrisome is that this sets a precedent, not just for government but society as a whole. "If I just can get a very loud support base, I can shape reality into however I want" It's this āļø right here that disturbs me the most. It's a tactic so common now on all sides of belief and political views, that it was used daily by the highest office of the US government, and now it's been legitimised.

Ā @hansyolo8277Ā hi there my friend, yes I am very much practiced with my firearm. I go to the range 4 times a month and also I am very familiar with emergency medicine. I have been deployed to Afghanistan as security forces 2 times and I have worked as an EMT for 6 years now. All that said I will still accept any and all risks involved when it comes to prioritizing incapacitation over lethality

Again legaleagle i love your analysis videos and i hate to be labeled as another badgering commentor who thinks they are a lawyer but i also ask that when you do these you use the laws and regulations of the time period and setting. This being set in 1984.

If there ever was a need for a lawyer to discuss YT's shitty policies it is now! Go for it Legal Eagle

You should go into the history of trademarking characters with the very first fictional character trademark Tarzan by Edgar Rice Burroughs

Great summary Indeed. I think the best piece of it was learning more about the heckler's veto And I am in disagreement with giving children under age of 13 freedom of speech. But these are just my opinions. Overall great summary. Let's hope you don't get false positives. Good luck with everything else.

The Japanese legal system is an inquisitorial one. As such the terms of "innocent untill proven guilty" does not apply. You must provide the burden of proof to claim your innocence unlike in the US
1
All I know is that it will definitely be classified and won't be fully released to the public untill 30 years later

You see legal eagle international law is the real God mode not New York, not California International law gets broken and violated so many times across so many Nations it is astounding
1
The Japanese mindset is guilty untill proven innocent.

There is NO WAY whatsoever that Trump can stay in the White House after losing an election unless some ruling was handed down by the courts And I don't think the courts will overturn the election decision unless Trump is successful in collecting massive evidence of the "voter fraud" And while I will concede that YES voter fraud does exist and YES there is a case of it against Congress member Ilhan Omar, I find it HIGHLY DOUBTFUL it was on a MASSIVE NATIONAL SCALE But I am willing to accept evidence if you can find it Trump. It's your move but It's going to be clutch, you've got 1 month and 4 days to deliver.....can you?š¤ (No I'm not a Trump supporter, NO I did not vote in the national election except for Puerto Rico becoming a state which I'm glad it passed this year) Best of luck to you all other Americans, I'll be spending the next 6 years in Thailand teaching English

What would happen? You'd be killed legally at best and at worst you'd be imprisoned indefinitely legally
1
Objection! Please cover the movie the Lincoln lawyer or instead let's expand your knowledge to the international community and see how you fare in grading the United Kingdom's own legal drama "Close and True" After all a large part of US law is based on British Common Law
