I think that's actually pointless semantics it's about as pointless as Putin trying to claim his military invasion was a special military operation It doesn't matter if he "paused it" "stopped it" or "withdrew from it" the point of the matter is he doesn't want to follow the rules set by that treaty

There is no proper means of pronunciation it's a regional speech thing based on whatever accent you have while living in the United States with the same reason why people pronounce ask differently Folks like to pronounce it as "AXE" which to me sounds very wrong but again I just recognize it's a regional speech and accent thing
