Gotta be aggressive if you want to be the dominant global power, and there WILL always be a dominant global power Just lucky the US did all that before there was modern style communications and globalization, otherwise yes it probably would have suffered a multinational military coalition to help cease it's aggressive posturing

  2.  @Rob_F8F  no I'd say modern style communications and globalization are the result of the dominant global power whoever that might be Don't get me wrong buddy I'm glad the dominant global power is the US, but at the same time yes I recognize some of the less savory tactics they took to get there
