Well they're not in the best position to make one they have angered every single one of their direct neighbors on their border so they can't form an alliances with any of the bordering Nations And as he said later on in the video there's other nations they can try to, such as Iran, but if they do they'll immediately lose some of the friends they've already made through all the economic benefits Also Nations around the world recognize that China doesn't a strong and combat ready military force that can provide that necessary security The Chinese have never practiced at expeditionary forces and logistics

  2. the only exception to Nations on their borders they have not angered is North Korea and China already does have an alliance with North Korea where on paper they say they will come to defense of the North Koreans should the North Koreans ever be attacked

China has territorial disputes of every single one of its neighbors and has pissed them all off most pissed right now is India and it thinks it could form a NATO style military alliance? 😂 Should China form a NATO military style alliance with Russia I just hope it causes the Indians to finally switch sides from supporting the Soviets into either being non-aligned or India decides to join with the West

  4. That's really funny considering India allied itself with the Soviets and even today India still prefers to Ally itself with the Russians and they only did so because Pakistan allied itself with the US

Man if that ever went through and China had a formal alliance with Pakistan anti-chinese sentiment in India is going to increase 1,000 fold 😂 And Indians do not care if they receive the quote "racist" label from the Chinese media they will happily force all Chinese out of the nation of India and honestly with what the Chinese have been doing I can't say I blame them I hate it when the Chinese abuse freedom of speech and freedom from discrimination laws in the United States and claim that every single time they're criticized it's a " racist" attack and then that forces the US government and it's law enforcement agencies to back off
