  16.  @korniestpatch  reading up on it I did remember it partially in regards to the electric charge there's even something called the zwitterion: molecules with equal numbers of positively and negatively charged groups, attached to polymer chains in alternating patterns to build a strong, stable water layer that prevents organisms from adhering to a surface And that's seen some success in waters off of Singapore 🤷
