  1. I don't think Unix Millis is intentional. I think that they don't even particularly reference info like that and they can only pull the reference as a data point - stored by default as Unix Millis - and they can't change that because they would be changing the actual data they could turn honestly turn over. The only reason to store any date and time in anything other than Unix Millis is solely for human reference anyhow. They don't have any humans reviewing that info.

If a gun came with a knife in the trigger guard, and governance banned it because people were losing fingers every trigger pull, there would still be some chud crying about the 2nd Amendment.
