This is exactly what I have been saying for years: Legal or illegal ownership, the only time someone will be charged for murder in a self-defense case is if they shot someone who was unarmed or who was fleeing in the back. Police officers don't even get to shoot fleeing unarmed people in the back. Why should anyone else?
