Most of these videos are the driver being an absolute mop-head and putting other cars at risk. There was one from earlier in this year (the posted year) where the dude is going 85-90mph in n the left lane and said that he sent the video into insurance. It has LITERAL SPEED transcribed on the left corner. I hope all these mfers cutting off the speedometer on the cam know that the insurance company can still get their speed by measuring the roadsigns in 1 second intervals. They aren't slick.
