Babies do drown and they seem to be in terrified pain and fear. I wouldn't allow it for my baby or recommend this.

It is too traumatic and painful and at least some babies must be swallowing water which is harmful like this data shows:] research have indicated concerns that the lessons might be traumatic, that the parents will have a false sense of security and not supervise young children adequately around pools, or the infant could experience hypothermia, suffer from water intoxication after swallowing water,". So I'd not take such risks. Teach them instead to swim heads up and out with a floater. I saw an Indian mom dunk hers, and her baby came out shocked, in pain and crying everytime.

@hwangnoeul the data i gave is researches. Babies can swallow water dangerously that's why my concern. Painful too. And hypothermia kills too.
