  3. They were playing the part of an ignorant artist who just signs to a record label, and doesn't really understand their contract. A lot of labels don't give money to the artists, instead they give them free things. Snoop Dog talked about this when he was on Death Row Records. He never got paid. Death Row might buy him a car, but never money directly. So I guess you should praise the all mighty Die Antwoord for educating the masses. Now you know!
