If you girls left you for another dude (which is pretty much always the case) it means their relationship with you were not good enough eventually, that's what I tried to tell you, it is all temporary now. You are talking about loyalty, wmen are as loyal as their options are, back then they didn't have the smartphone so their options were very limited, it's not like that anymore, that's what I meant when I said "they adapted" and we didn't. Understand it's not about you, there will always be a dude more attractive and/or richer than you in their dms eventually, always. I think you are still hurting and in the red pill rage phase and that's perfectly fine, the next phase will be acceptance, acceptance of the knowledge you acquired and adaptation to this knowledge, that's when you will be ready to date again (or decide you're better off without), but if you date it will be with a completely different mindset, an abundance one. You won't give a crap because wmen won't be relevant anymore to you. When they say "she's not yours it's just your turn" it's how it really is.

I personally gave up on the "hope strategy" around 33yo, I am 41yo now and don't feel any need to go back anymore, I just dont care. In fact I wouldn't even go back, it's funny how things can flip in your head, at the end of the day it's all a matter of perspectives.

You can still date but with a different mindset, like if you were enjoying a temporary pleasure (which is actually what it really is nowadays), so that when she starts disrespecting/shit-testing you, you will get rid of her without any problem and when she dumps you you won't care a single bit. The key is to always put yourself first and steer all your energies in your hobbies, passions and work, then wmen become accessory. It takes work to get to that minset because we are educated otherwise from childhood but once it's done, no going back. You see, wmen jave adapted with all that social media and simpish BS so that they could take advantage of it but we have not been able to do the same, most men are still suck in the 80s, that's why we are in that situation today.
