The attractive ones get some overused leftover p-sleeves to play with, that come with a cocktail of STDs and a ton of craziness and issues but the others, pretty much nothing at all.

That's why we see them single at 40 with a body count in the high double or three digits, still chasing the mythical Chad the multimillionnaire.
