God, how should I prove what the future is like to you? I can provide objective reasoning. It's logical that we will get the singularity. @awsomesauceify blabla If it has "character flaws", we're dead. Help for what? Make goods until it can make it itself? Obviously. This is about the far future. So even if 23 years are wrong, 100 is still below the scope of the video. It can turn super intelligent basically overnight after we gave it the ability to do so. You say fusion reactors and mars colonies, but what about the things we use everyday? Who would've thought phones, computers, internet would become so good? Not you.

@awsomesauceify We already have lamda and imagen. They're amazing and can't even think. That we'll be able to create something as intelligent as us that can learn is just not a question for me. If it happens in 23 or 230 years, it's still before. So where's the problem? Didn't get it.

@awsomesauceify Well, we had figured out atomic reactors already. Now we do have fusion reactors. Solar and wind power was predicted to be far less efficient. Elon Musk is going to the Mars now even though it's not senseful at all. But anyway, singularity is not something fantastical as you think. We're neural nets and we can build neural nets. Well, basically. If that doesn't work, we can simulate a whole brain. What's fantastical here? And it's not just me who is predicting it. Everyone who thinks singularity is not possible is stupid.
