  2.  @VincentChan  I totally agree with it - working hard is a farce! The key instead is to be as unique and irreplaceable as you can in your industry and not live miserably on auto-pilot but instead actually do what you enjoy well because you have the time and energy to do it well! Having said that, I don't believe everyone can be unique and irreplaceable but we can encourage healthier working cultures which benefit everyone (which some European countries have figured out). The working culture in the USA is so gross!
