  2. Don’t know how they can challenge anyone with stolen technology, it means they will never be better than western tech. What has the US got hidden away that we know nothing about.

  4. The primary plan of the US in the 90s was to limit Russia’s military by bankrupting them. The spent billions trying to keep up with the US which they didn’t come near to, but had the desired effect.

  5. Time more of that military spending went on the people’s of that country. I think the worlds population has enough problems without being at each other’s throats.
