  1. that kind of rhetoric is usually connected with xenophobia. With legal and illegal just being a politically correct form of lambasting immigrants. You can see even in this thread some rhetoric. Controlling the means is understandable. But look at the anti Arab comment, the safe space comment. That's against a group of people. Acting like illegal changes the person when it's just the means of getting there. Often times to ask for asylum.
