Truthfully countries without services also have a high birth rate. Because nothing will impact it, short of banning contraception, as much as the mindset of the culture. So do we allow the government to do that, would it be brainwashing, propaganda. Or let it happen as education to extoll the virtue of having a kid and caring for them ECT. People are geared towards work in society. Kids are viewed as scary. And we use scare tactics so they don't have them young too. Alternatively, the government could literally create people from donations. That would be radical. Of course, focusing entirely.on the social aspect ignores that there is a biological aspect. Society is affecting our ability to have kids.. scientist have said it for decades. It's like climate change. People just ignore it. Our lifestyles make it hard to reproduce. Chemicals in water, plastic ect. Maybe various radiation, I'm not an expert so I don't know the exact cause. But scientist have a warned about it consistently. I'll add that we should do things that are good for people because their good anyway. Services lift the birth rate slightly. But people use this situation as an excuse for them. It doesn't help. It doesn't solve it. Not on its own. It doesn't overcome the mindset and the biological issues.
