But at the same time, no there's nothing wrong with a ten year old living in a different country until they are 18 or can live with their families or leave them in the U.S and an orphanage or foster home. FOr one thing, these parents now have american money and that's a leg up. But in general, these countries are not hell. South American has troubled regions within stable regions.
