I was mugged and no one helped me. But at the same time, I'm sympathetic to people being scared. My worry isn't that they were scared but callous. I wish they'd shown more to see if they tried to help. Even if they closed the door they should have yelled that they're calling police and done so.

@AriusBLK nah they have a moral one. Morality is not related to job. So how can you say that they don't have a moral obligation to help others. That's exactly what being moral means. Of course we can't expect them to confront the attacker physically.

@AriusBLK morality itself. I don't think you understand what morality is. It justifies itself. Under morality, they should act moral. The moral action would be to provide some sort of help and aide. Under our society's morals. Under most religions. Under the basic concept of morality.
