  1. Why would a historian of back then who were basically dogs for politicians, right about a small figure of their time. Jesus became big after his death, not during it. The events match up. There's no reason to make up a figure. Jesus, buddah, Muhammad, are real. .There's literally no reason to believe Jesus didn't exist when it everything matches up. Historians weren't a god scientific, academic field at that time. And even then, it was very limited to official courts.

  4. You're conflating whether God is real with whether Jesus is. The Jewish people existed before that, they exist whether God is real or not. Written material existed before the council. People spread the religion and weree persecuted before the council. And anyone can look up what the council was about and the sources used. The earliest, most authoritative, and where they most matched.
