@entekz3036 You don't need nato to have US military bases in a country. Nato bases are not foreign. It would just be Ukranian bases. Russia started it because Ukraine wanted a treaty with the EU that had nothing to do with NATO

Russia is the bad guy here. Objectively it's in the wrong. It has been interfering, it has fomented conflict, and it has seized land through war.

@Josh93B93 Russia had no right to invade. It had no right to seize land even before that. It funded a militant group that led a coup. It funded terrorism. Those real things are the same thing as the invasion. Ways to interfere and control Ukraine because russia's mindset is medieval. Also there was no coup of ukraine, there was nothing illegal, and russian conspiracy theories are more of its undermining efforts. Thats the reality. Thst for a long time Russia has been trying to destabilize Ukraine and and fold it

the incident where some people died has nothing to do with anything. Those same people started the conflict after an agreement not to. Amd thats exactly why the BS of a coup is BS. The protest won. The guy then decided to backpedal.. presumably hoping Russia could reinstall him. Yes one side is very much in the wrong. That's Russia. Ukraine was sorting itself out. None of which needed intervention. Russia was creating it.

@chrissimpletown9654 Ukraine was rejected by NATO for the time being. It does not mean nukes since most NATO countries don't host them. There was no threat made to Russia which has way more nukes anymore than China having nukes. It does not end the Budapest agreement because Ukraine doesn't violate it. Russia also signed a friendship treaty with Ukraine.
