If we're using a wrestler analogy, it would be like when sting or whoever for killed by a stunt because the company used someone that didn't know what they were doing. It's like they set off fireworks wrong and injured some body. This was a technical failure on their part. They also misled about the contract according to her by lying about the insurance and payout.
