As someone else answered, it's about making it a health problem, Regardless of drug. It doesn't make heroin something you can commercialize. What do they hate? people dying? the insurance companies? What is hatred of a country when a country is land with a name, where people live. That's why the right wingers don't seem to get it. They talk like it's people who don't enjoy the weather so they'll move somewhere else. The insurance companies aren't intrinsic to the country. The way the healthcare industry is now isn't natural to the land. It is something the people have to suffer through so that some rich people can be richer.
