@tonewill9407 yea. More specifically, he went to the highest concentration of black people by percentage. Some rural areas are like 90+% white.

@Mojo32 the guy explains it. He went where there was the most black people. But also somewhat close. It fit two criteria for him. Maximum black people, He considered it near enough for that. It's disrespectful when you try to make these fantasy theories about elaborate conspiracies. When the guy says why he did it, and live streamed it.

@tonewill9407 lots of rural areas in those states. It's just a few cities that turn states blue. Lots of rural areas are more white. Or more conservative. Not always republican but more likely to be.

@rightdamask8705 he didn't hate them in the moment. He wrote a manifesto. He had hours to drive there. And hours to plan it. He premeditated the idea of killing black people for awhile.
