@troyburress4979 This story explains it. The reasoning explains it. You can go look professionally written explanations on the debate. That will do it better than any comment. And any news covering will reiterate, and you'd know it. And I find it hard to believe you've followed it and somehow missed it. Which means you've heard it and then decided to dismiss it because you're being tribal..that's why that person said cultish.

@Kroll-2 that'd be fair if you also gave the fact that the reasoning is true. We're also not in a scenario to find out if you're being honest. Because I kinda doubt it if you're okay with Trump's schemes.

@Kroll-2 what he tried to do undermines democracy and is exactly what leads to democratic backsliding. Even if Trump had then resigned next time, the next person might do it permanently. Basically Trump's ego and scheming nature were exactly what's bad for democracy. Though I think he'll lose regardless. I'm not going to ignore that the decision is correct. The reasoning is correct anyway.
