@Ms.P.Sharma they didn't accuse her of mutilating genitals, or even of anything in particular because they say the people don't work there anymore. That means they don't trust their record keeping or didn't do it. The UN also says Norway was separating kids too much. In this case they sound like they did it too quick, and for too long. That's a problem with Norway if true that they need to examine.
