@tinadraper9143 no it's not. Russia is being imperialist, and aggressive. I don't know if Cuba's positioned had changed but it was neutral last time I checked.

It's a good time to persuade Venezuela. And it would be a good time to foster the Cuban democracy or at least it's president that has promised elections. ... I kinda understand Nicaragua though. But maybe it'd be good to have that dialogue open. It feels petty instead of an opportunity to moved these states towards a better place. But I also don't think it's a huge deal or anything.

The border isn't under threat or being attacked. At first I thought you wanted the white house to help latAm. But now I can't tell what you think a solution would be. Worst case, attack people. Why even compare the situation to Russia invading at all.
