@Paladin70 bro, you don't know what you're talking about. You're talking like a middle schooler. You have a middle schooler idea of teachers. And using anecdotal evidence that's second hand. Go ask him in seriousness whether every teacher has it easy, and whether teachers, as college educated professionals, deserve that bare minimum salary. Maybe he'll say no, but that teachers don't have it easy. I'll tell you my anecdotal but first hand experience. I've seen some wild classes where kids throw text books. Where teachers quit and cry because they're bullied. Your whole idea is based on something someone else said offhandedly, that could be a joke. A single person's opinion that isn't even yours. Ask him whether other teachers, even in other schools get stressful students and parents. Whether they're being stressed. Your friend or brother or whoever has no idea you're interpreting his words like this He's not in this conversation.

@Paladin70 What time is spent on pronouns....other than English grammar. You're so unserious. Whatever profession you're in, you're making a joke of yourself. Some anti discrimination lecture isn't the reason kids aren't doing well. I mean you must not have any kids currently in school if you believe that garbage. US did bad in school my entire life. Before gay marriage, before your pronouns bs. You're not being logical for a physicist, which I can't imagine you are. Then how do you explain those Nordic countries, or a bunch of other countries that are more liberal being ranked higher.

@Paladin70 and I knew a history teacher, nice guy, that talked about painting houses in his off hours. Good teacher. Hadn't thought about him for years. Like go have a conversation with them. Are they college teachers, are they private school teachers. Do they come from wealth. Did they invest. Or it's just from being in the field for so long. Is it higher grades ect. What you don't get is that every profession can be stressful. But stuff like teaching and retail can leave people in tears. There's abuse in it. It's a service profession for children, and their parents.

@Paladin70 I think the bigger issue is you portraying it like some easy wonderland job that sounds completely unrealistic.

@Paladin70 it's ridiculous you're throwing in holidays with no work for months.

@lynnquin8565 if that person exists, I 100% believe this dude took a joke seriously and/or is grossly misinterpreting what the dude said.

@1Dreamking I think it's so funny how you misinterpreted what cost of living is Like catastrophically so. I've never seen someone misunderstand it so much.

@JuanRodriguez-gu6pj go have a conversation with her about this. Don't do this jump to conclusion that the other dude did. Like I don't get why you guys aren't doing that.

@mouffon it's a minimum. It's to raise the lowest. That area is probably wealthy. I mean it sounds it. Wealthy enough to pay more than the average for the 6th largest US city.
