Turkey is protesting a random person.

Nethanyahu has said he wants to expand current settlements. This is the far right government of Israel.

@gfys756 ha you're mistaken about two things. They aren't in decline. They don't have as much room to grow, so by comparison, one authoritarian country grew. If by demographics, you mean population. Russia's is abysmal. Authoritarian regimes don't have strong population growth either. And even China is in a decline. It's a global issue to all developed countries.
36
@NeoBTK you can't hold anyone but Russia responsible for escalating the situation. This is not escalation.
36
They're not coming in illegally. They're asking to come in
34
This is why democracy is important. They're incredibly brave. I don't know how they can overcome a state.
28
@judgedredd8876 They don't. Aside from NATO not being antagonistic, it wasn't aggressive. You see how they mentioned values. That's democracy, justice, law ECT. They may not live upto it all the time but they try. Russia has shown it doesn't value any of that, and is willing to export it's anti human values.
26
Ukraine didn't go to war. Russia went to war. Ukraine didn't surrender.
24
@thalentekhuluse2829 Look at what's happened. The desire to join NATO makes perfect sense
22
You can't. It's illegal and unethical. Ethnic cleansing is also illegal and not an expected result. And neither is an endless occupation. Or Apartheid.
22
@mikeegenolf1386 You're analogy is wrong. Because it's like the fire is natural or a neutral thing. It's being started by Russia, trying to burn something down. These jets are a resupply to the fire department trying to contain it. Supplies and weapons are equipment to combat it.
20
@mistressfreezepeach Ukraine is smaller, and less wealthy than Russia. Russia attacked Ukraine. Not the US. Not anyone else
20
It's a myth that they are the same people. Even the languages have evolved from different sources. It is not the same people. And they also collaborate on goals. They've become a group. Through that ideology and that history and just working together.
20
He got me with that best negotiator bit!
18
That's not the issue with north Korea. Why does it stop them from leaving? Why does it punish them so harshly?
17
@RosscoAW you gonna pretend like china doesn't contribute to climate change. China might be twice as much as US.
17
@gdiwolverinemale4th The US military isn't expanding to Russia's borders. That would require going through countries that are allies. If you mean Ukraine wanting to join NATO because Russia keeps attacking them and others, then that would be Ukraine joining NATO.
16
@soreeyez It's not aggressive. they haven't aggressed. Taiwan hasn't either. China has. And it's ally north Korea has. Russia has. Maybe you got confused and meant the chinese-NK-Russia aggressive military Axis
16
@Commonlogicguy I love how pro Chinese people ignore north Korea and south Korea. That's what it's like, and why they're two separate countries.
16
Because the issue and problem with Israel and Hamas precede this. And you know this.
15
@davidnoelfranks1124 wow dude, they're mentioning you in the video
15
African countries have militaries. One took over. What are you even talking about. The statement sounds confused.
15
Whether we know or not, who's threatening Taiwan? Not us ignorant people.
14
@gfan83 nonsense question.
14
Yes the US is real isolated, I say sarcastically
14
@мурф If you sell someone a rake or give them a rake, and they use that rake for self defense when they're attacked. You can't act like your rake has been sullied. as if you stand for rakes not being used for anything outside of raking leaves. And as if that reflects on you in some way. It's ridiculous.
13
@Greyhound10075 at no point does the UN say that they were Hamas. consistent violations of international human rights law on the use of force by the ISF (Israeli security forces) through unnecessary and disproportionate use of lethal force and an increase in apparently planned targeted killings," Some of the Palestinians killed in the West Bank were children armed with stones or firecrackers and "clearly did not represent an imminent threat to life," Among the 506 Palestinians killed were 148 children, it said. Pervasive impunity for such crimes has been commonplace for far too long in the occupied West Bank. Such impunity has created an enabling environment for more and more unlawful killings by the ISF,"
12
How are these homeless people, according to you, taking housing.
11
@Baron1777-e8j According to Russia it's okay historically. But Ukraine hasn't forbidden any language. Nor was that what the conflict was about.
11
@Deutschland8894 personally I care about justice and leaving dead things alone. It's been theirs a long time. And Venezuela doesn't need it.
11
@jasonlives6923 that's definitely a draft. Difference is of course, one country is fighting to survive. And the other is drafting to attack a peaceful country.
11
They don't need jurisdiction to sanction. The sanction is removing access to something that provide essentially.
10
@krto7663 call a dictatorship to stop a dictatorship. I dunno. That seems counter productive
10
It's not a debate. It's just getting expert opinion and information. There's nothing to debate. It's the news.
10
@mrboxheadd748 provocation against South Korea and Japan? No. North Korea launching missiles made this. China being rather aggressive with its claims definitely doesn't do it favors.
10
@rouz0 Ukraine didn't attack the donbas. Donbas didn't want autonomy. Some terrorists or separatist, a group of armed people, organized by Russia, started taking over with armed force. They formed a junta and a small army, overthrew the civilian government, and set up a dictatorship. The Government is obviously going to fight that, and free the people.
10
It should crack you up how this is the best Russia can do against a weaker country at every level that it had no reason to get into a conflict with.
10
@Dizle81 come on, beyond ridiculous.
9
@branimirsalevic5092 Controlled opposition.
9
@charlenebeard4123 how is it misuse. They knew the military was using it. I don't get the outrage as if it's been sullied. It's just internet access/connectivity.
9
duncansmith7562 the Russian arrogance and sense of superiority, and history of it is why these countries don't want to go out of their way to promote it.. plus they have their own language that Russia has hurt to restore. These things will go through a process of fine tuning. And hopefully, legitimate criticism is heard. That woman should be allowed to stay. But nothing else is bad about what they're doing. Russian can still be learned. People can even learn history and culture in those languages. If there is anything useful in knowing Russian, people will learn it.
9
Even if he didn't win, raising issues is important because it pushes the conversation. He'd have increase his chances next time or for his next position too.
9
@marcusjeffriesjr7369 NATO has not done what Russia is doing. Kosovo war is the only time NATO has acted like that. It wasn't for its own interest or expansionist efforts. It was not like what Russia is doing. That's how Russia pretends, masquerades what they're doing. It gets to artificially portray it like that.
9
@soreeyez NK has launched missles that fell on Japan's territory. Russia has crossed their airspace. China has crossed into their waters. Nothing defensive about anything of their actions. 2/3 are imperialistic. All 3 are aggressive. No one has threatened them.
9
Let's hope they don't.
9
yea I'm aware. I'm also aware a lot of Indians ignore other facts about it. The US was usually not supportive of Pakistan. Not to the extent some Indians seem to believe. Like the US helped end it. The US thought Pakistan was in the wrong ect. Including sanctioning Pakistan. " No military aid to Pakistan due to Pakistani use of American military supplies against India in Indo-Pak War of 1965[7]" "Violation of the terms of US military aid by Pakistan, as equipment is used against India" The US did help Pakistan, explicitly because of the USSR siding with India. But to say full support is wrong. Mixed support, where Pakistan was under sanctions, and two people undermined those sanctions. More like very reluctant support.. which is why Pakistan sought the support of Russia. That's right...Russia also aided Pakistan. And having the support of an authoritarian dictatorship isn't a good thing either. The US was wrong to give any support. But India had already committed to attacking Pakistan before Pakistan had struck.

JackRyan-ng1bo you can write a song about fighting dragons and it amounts to the same
8
I think it's very sad that this is happening. But it's very understandable.
8
We don't know all their views. At the very least they're not the ones fighting.
8
@DecanioSS no sea ridículo. Eso esta en el pasado. Como España decidiendo que Venezuela es de ella ahora.
