@bgdabg6769 We're talking about kosovars, citizens of Kosovo. We're talking about about a vote in Kosovo.

 @beyondrecall9446 there's no minimum turn out rule. I looked it up. They tried to make the vote "illegitimate" but why when it seems they had full ability to participate.

 @claudiopereira9900 wouldn't that be the Serbs. It's the Serbs that have a problem. The majority, including the civil government, agree here. I'm just using your logic.

@skyace9386 no they weren't. Yugoslavia was breaking up independently. The aid they gave to Kosovo by stopping the genocide did help Kosovo though. But some other country didn't declare Kosovo independent. And they didn't interfere before or for that. So it's more complex and different. It was also the civil government thar tried to become independent. Not some other group working there.
