 @GavStaR79 Why wouldn't it be okay if South Korea wants them there? China can have some in NK if it wanted. All ships can travel anywhere.

@njmeteor I didn't. OP wondered why China would help them when they're so horrible to their own people and South Korea. You can answer them by saying its "propping up against the US threat". Or to be a buffer. But the US "threat" increased because of NK's actions.

 @imGeistevereint you can't escalate much more than Russia had by that point. Nor can NATO say no to someone joining due to another state. Ukraine hadn't qualified to join at that time anyway.

 @happymelon7129 US doesn't have Korea nor Cuba. Nor did it lose to either of them.
