  1. The "global south" doesn't want a leader. Neither India nor China. When these countries become world powers, how are they going to even represent the south. All these "south" regions want to become their own powers. Brazil wants to be its own power. Brazil isn't a leader either. South/Latin America, separate from(or with) Brazil wants to become its own power but can't because it's too fragmented. Africa wants to be its own power too. India and China will just be their own power. Not the leaders or representatives of anyone else. Maybe China will represent dictatorships or something.
