@igorsmirnoff7640 the government of the donbas is the Ukraine government. Russia had it's agents organize a small army that did a coup. This junta imposed it's will over the populace. Russia sent in weapons, it's own soldiers, and even army, to create this conflict. The Ukranian response to fight an insurrection isn't unusual, to fight terrorists isn't unusual, to fight a foreign presence isn't unusual. And Russia did far worst to people that had better cause in Chechnya. Who actually wanted independence. As oppose to Russians agents trying to take over a country.

@igorsmirnoff7640 There's few Russian Ukranians in the donbas. No one stopped them from speaking Russian, celebrating Russian holidays ect. And no they don't deserve to go to school in Russian. But there are Russian schools. Classes can be in Russian if parents want it.
