@condorX2 that's not what it means... Russia took Crimea in 2014, and orchestrated donbas conflict and even invaded.
1
@condorX2 How could a coup in Ukraine start a war with Russia? It doesn't even make sense. But there was no coup. The Ukranian government made a decision to remove a politician who vacated their office and even betrayed the country.

@tomtube1012 I read that resolution. All it means is that China gets the seat in the UN for China. It didn't say anything about Taiwan being a country or not.
1
@tomtube1012 You recognize that it split in your lil testimony. It's the republic of china that only controls that one island. Meaning it's a separate government from the PRC that controls a different land mass. Two separate governments in two separate locations. Thus two different countries.
1
@tomtube1012 there was no agreements. Russia admitted it. They said that they were allusions to the idea at best.
1
@annan7728 but it wasn't ended and still exists. The country had a small fracture because of a civil war.
1
@allentorng7242 that's terrific. You can keep that relationship. No one says otherwise. Nothing needs to change, regardless of who's president
1
@tomtube1012 The US clarified in the six assurances and the Taiwan relations act that it it sees the government of Taiwan as separate. The US basically said that they understand that this is what china believes. Then it reassured Taiwan continuously that it didn't recognize china's authority over Taiwan. What this means is that it doesn't recognize taiwanese authority over China. That's all that changed.
1
@tomtube1012 why do you say that like a bad thing. And then blame others. For one thing, it's the taiwanese prepping because they don't want china taking over.
1
@tomtube1012 the UN did not do that. All it did was give china legal influence in the UN
1
@tomtube1012 you keep getting who's threatening who wrong.
1
@tomtube1012 ha I used to do that. They said how china has become more authoritarian and was kicking westerners out and making it hard to live. A bunch of china YouTubers were thinking of leaving the country with their spouses and did. I also knew a guy who lived there and he left too, also with his Chinese spouse.
1
@tomtube1012 public support for a small island democracy over a giant totalitarian government, who only has historical claims? I don't think you understand the public.
1
@tomtube1012 supporting the decision that they don't want, to be ruled by a government that isn't theirs? And giving up their sovereignty. If you care about them, tell the Chinese government this isn't a fight worth having, over a small island. Or even a sea route.
1
@tomtube1012 how can it be secession when it never owned or controlled it. The secession happened during that civil war. Heh you can say that the mainland seceded.
1
@tomtube1012 the UN doesn't create countries though.
1
@changli5582 and mainlands name is the people's republic. They literally have different names.
1
@tomtube1012 and I'm commenting on your own sources.
1
@tomtube1012 yea it does. That's what countries are. Like saying that north Korea and south Korea are a single country.
1
@tomtube1012 like someone else said, that don't have to be. Because it doesn't concern china but Taiwan
1
@PlaYer-sn5or it's funny how you copy pasted eerily similar info to tomtube and even listed like his. It's also funny that you're also confirming the separation of them as different countries. Btw Japan gave the land by to the ROC. And the PRC never had it.
1
@PlaYer-sn5or 1)I implied you're both farm trolls. 2) it gave it to the ROC after the split officially. the old government kept that land anyway. And the current China never had it. Seems simple to me. They aren't the same country due to a civil war. It happens.
