@trevoryingwane5714 Ha you don't understand international law. I'll admit I'm not an expert. But no UN law recognizes Taiwan as part of china. That never happened and that's not how it works. China does not have any particular right to annex a population that doesn't want them. Hong Kong and Taiwan are not the same. Hong Kong was under the Brits. Taiwan is under its own government. By its own people. I'm familiar with Chinese propagandist and they claim china taking Taiwan's seat. But that has nothing to do with recognition of Taiwan belonging to China. That's that the PRC, which controls most of china(of what was china, land wise), gets the right to call itself china and get its UN claim/seat. That's a separate issue from the fact that china split during a civil war. The easiest equivalent is Korea. Except the land is lobsided. And saying Chinese aggression is valid, is as crazy as saying north Korean aggression on south Korea is valid.
