@quenky1 "Influencers" jobs isn't to influence. You're being daft. They're models. They're content makers of some form, usually short videos. Or they're bloggers. Essentially they're users of the platform, and they do what the platform allows in terms of social media. Influencer is just a random word someone used to users in general. The actual person isn't influencing as a job. They have influence as someone who has reach. What they actually do is model/blog/short videos ect.

@quenky1 no it's not. Because that's not the vast majority of people on those platforms. Those are celebrities, on social media. Not influencers. Most "influencers" are working class. Ads are what pay money, same as tv or radio. How they get ads is by having a following. They have a following by creating content, which can be what they like to do. So interests, modeling ect. Like YouTube channels, they create content and do ads, some indirectly and some directly. Real influencers are activists and protesters. Most Instagram models are like mid working class. Some Instagram things might be jokes, factoids, comic book stuff, ECT. Tiktok is known for its copycat trends ect.
