@oddvardmyrnes9040 except you're confused. And there was no prerequisite. Nor did they write one into their constitution. You're confusing a Soviet Republic thing with Ukraine after(which in itself was a declaration of intent, and not constitutional). Nor was there any agreement with NATO because NATO can't do that. It goes against NATO.

@oddvardmyrnes9040 there was no breach man. And I'm tired of excuses to somehow not blame Russia for Russia's own actions. It has no will on Ukraine. It is just a random country attacking another country. Whatever Russia thinks it is owned is in their own mind

@domijollof so Russia decided to prove them right by being aggressive. Ukraine wasn't close to joining nato then. The issue was barely important until Russia actually invaded. And it had invaded nearby countries before that. That means Ukraine had actual reason to be worried. Russia didn't.

 @jaja3359 Biden is still the president for a year. And will probably win reelection. A small group of contrarians republicans are the only ones making it an issue.
