  1. It didn't have to happen. But Russia wanted war, it wanted to take territory. And topple a country.

  2.  @Rachel-wz9cj  blah blah blah. Lying like your doing is why people want to ban social media. The US didn't lead any coup. It was violent in a civil protest way, not violent in a military sort of way. The government wasn't installed but continued and then there was a quick election. Russia did not support peace. It wanted a conflict. As it did in two other conflicts. As it did when it snapped up crimea. As it did when it armed the militia till it actually did overthrow the civil government and took the choice away from the people of the donbas. So the only violent coup was backed by Russia, involving Russian agents, soldiers, and weapons, organizing it. Russia did not do anything to follow the Minsk because Russia didn't care to resolve this. And the separatist junta committed terrorist acts. No one rejected Minsk. It fell apart because Russia and the junta didn't follow it.
